Job Description : To conduct plant tissue culture research projects / Experience working with protoplast/cell culture methods, plant transformation. With Strong basic (sterilization, preparation of media, callus induction) Aseptic technique and good documentation practices must.

Desired Profile : Ph.D. or Research experience of minimum 1 year in the desired field - Plant Tissue Culture or Molecular Biology.Experienced candidate will be preferred. Should have expertise in Plant Tissue culture, cloning, DNA extraction, primer design, PCR, southern blotting, northern blotting, Western blotting. With strong ability to guide and manage a group of researchers is a must.

Experience : 1-3 years

Education : PhD, M.Sc, BTech, MTech – in Molecular Biology, Plant Tissue Culture, Biotechnology, Botany.

Job Description : Identification and Molecular characterization of the Thermo Tolerance Bacterial Species for the possible use in Bio-fertilizer in Indian Climate.

Desired Profile : Ph.D. or Research experience of minimum 1 year in the desired field – Microiology or Molecular Biology. Experienced candidate will be preferred. Should have expertise in identification and characterization of Unknown species, cloning, DNA extraction, primer design, PCR, southern blotting, northern blotting, Western blotting. With strong ability to guide and manage a group of researchers is a must.
